The Casio SR-S500 is a cut above the rest, and uses Bluetooth BLE Ver 4.1 communications for the purpose of linking up to smartphones running Casio's Connect ECR+ free application. The Connect ECR+ app provides retailers with the ability to read and reset sales totals from their mobile phones. The Connect ECR+ app gives a quick snapshot of the days sales and activity and provides the sale results in graphical format. With a multitude of reports including Financial, Transaction, Department, PLU, Cashier, Hourly and more, the SR-S500 is ideal for retailers looking to analyse any aspect of their stores performance. Connect ECR+ also offers the ability to transfer the daily sales activity to the cloud, ensuring access from anywhere at anytime.

In addition to the sales activity features being available on the Casio smartphone app, programming the machine through Connect ECR+ is also possible through it's easy to use and understand screens. 

The bright 10 line, 10 digit LCD makes the SR-S500 easy to use. Help instructions can be printed on the receipt paper for quick reference. 25 department keys allow quick access to 50 departments or PLUs, while the thermal printer delivers quick, crisp receipts. The SR-S500 also comes complete with 2 RS232 serial ports for connecting selected barcode scanners and other peripherals.
